Grove City Receives $1.2 Million in State Financing

PENNVEST loan to help install new water meters

Grove City will receive $1.2 million in state financing to help cover the costs of installing water meters, according to Senator Bob Robbins (R-50) and Representative Dick Stevenson (R-8).

The Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) today approved a $1,267,000 low-interest loan for the project, which covers the installation of 2,495 residential and commercial water meters.

Last year, Grove City received $4.5 million in PENNVEST financing to help cover the cost of expanding its wastewater treatment system.
