Robbins Announces Titusville Arts Grant

Harrisburg – State Senator Bob Robbins (R-50) today announced that the City of Titusville has been awarded a state arts grant.

Robbins said the $1,836 grant was awarded by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts to help the Titusville Council on the Arts cover the cost of providing programs for residents.

"I am very pleased to be able to announce this continuing support for the Titusville Council on the Arts. These funds go to support local artists and local projects," said Robbins.

Created in 1966, the 19-member Pennsylvania Council on the Arts responds to requests for support of projects initiated by nonprofit groups, institutions and artists. Grants are awarded with input from more than 100 citizens serving on advisory panels.
