April 21, 2009 - Senator Bob Robbins (R-50) was joined in the Pennsylvania State Capitol Rotunda with John Sigler, President of the National Rifle Association. Mr. Sigler was in the capitol to attend a rally with legislators in support of 2nd Amendment Rights.
