May 6, 2008 - Senator Bob Robbins (R-50) speaking at a press conference in the rotunda of the main capitol building in support of the Science Technology Partnerships Program legislation, better known as "Science in Motion." Senate Bill 472, introduced by Senator Robbins, would formally enact this program into law. The Senator was joined by other members of the House and Senate, as well as participating institutions of higher education, including students and faculty from Westminster College.
