Greenville, PA received his promotion as Major, Pennsylvania
Wing, Civil Air Patrol at the Pennsylvania Wing Conference
held in Harrisburg. Those participating in the pinning were
Sen. Bob Robbins and Colonel Al Applebaum, Pennsylvania Wing
Commander.
