September 6, 2006: Senator Robbins held a press conference
unveiling legislation to further combat methamphetamine in
Pennsylvania by requiring home owners and landlords to
disclose to buyers/renters whether the premises were used as
a meth lab. Joining Robbins were Attorney General Tom
Corbett, State Senator Joe Scarnati (R-25), State Rep. Mike
Gruitza (D-7), Mercer County Commissioner Michele Brooks,
Mercer County District Attorney Jim Epstein, Mercer County
