November 2, 2006 - NEW WILMINGTON - Senator Robbins
stands with Westminster College President Tom Williamson.
Sen. Robbins commended Westminster College for
establishing the Patriots' Scholarship, which will provide
full tuition for a four-year undergraduate degree at
Westminster College for the dependent children of U.S.
military personnel who were killed in action in Afghanistan
or Iraq.
